Textbook Request Program

1. 1. Browse the Elsevier website and select your textbook. Do not add to cart!
2. 2. Complete the textbook request form and submit it by email.
3. 3. Await email notification for approval.
4. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery of in-stock items.

Please note textbook requests must meet the following guidelines:

• One textbook per HCP per calendar year
• Textbook must fall within Stryker Neurosurgical’s scope of business
• $400 max (including discounted price, tax and shipping) per textbook
• Textbooks cannot be Board Review, Case Review or mandatory class textbook

Your selection can include, but is not limited to examples below.
