- Complete the textbook request form and submit it by email
- Await email notification for approval
- Please allow up to 4 – 6 weeks for delivery of in-stock items
Please note textbook requests must meet the following guidelines:
- One textbook per HCP per calendar year
- Textbook must fall within Stryker CMF's scope of business
- $400 max (including discounted price, tax and shipping) per textbook
- Textbooks cannot be Board Review, Case Review or mandatory class textbook
