Pricing Policy

• All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• All orders will be billed for shipping, handling and state sales tax where applicable.
• Shipping and handling charges for prepaid individual customer orders will be waived.
• Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express are accepted for all orders. Checks made payable to Elsevier are accepted on mail orders only.

Return Policy

• Individual customers may return items (with the exception of PDA software) for full credit within 30 days of purchase.
• Please return merchandise by a traceable method such as UPS or U.S. Express Mail.
